Baronmentrx is looking for an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for various industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, deep learning, data science, and automation, with a passion for solving real-world problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and optimize machine learning models for business applications
✅ Work with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build AI solutions
✅ Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
✅ Design predictive analytics and NLP models for automation and decision-making
✅ Deploy and scale AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
✅ Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts
✅ Monitor AI models for performance, bias, and ethical considerations
✅ Stay updated with the latest AI trends, research, and advancements

Qualifications & Skills

🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
🔹 Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
🔹 Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning
🔹 Experience with big data processing (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms
🔹 Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning is a plus
🔹 Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and API integration
🔹 Ability to work on AI ethics, explainability, and fairness in algorithms
🔹 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
